Introduction
BFQJ series diaphragm rupture alarm device sends a signal and shuts down the diaphragm pump as soon as the diaphragm ruptures, which can minimize the possibility of material leakage and eliminate the fault in the first time to ensure production.
Working Principle: The diaphragm pump with diaphragm rupture alarm has two groups of diaphragms, namely the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm. The first diaphragm is in direct contact with the material, and a closed cavity is formed between the second diaphragm and the first diaphragm. During operation, when the first diaphragm ruptures, the material will enter the closed cavity 2, and at the same time, the material will pass through the right-angle ferrule pipe joint, stainless steel pipe, and three-way ferrule pipe joint, and finally flow out from the middle outlet of the ferrule three-way pipe joint. After the material enters the material sensing cylinder, the sensor in the sensing cylinder will send a signal, which can be connected to control components such as PLC to realize signal feedback. The user can perform necessary logical operations based on the signal to realize early warning to ensure that the user is aware of the early warning information that the diaphragm pump diaphragm has ruptured at the first time. In addition, the sensor output signal can also realize sound and light alarms, automatically shut down the pump and other functions.
