H Pharmaceutical Group is a well-known pharmaceutical company in China. Its pharmaceutical products cover nearly 10 categories such as colds, gastrointestinal, and cough, and are common medicines for the treatment of common diseases in Chinese families. In its workshop in Hunan, the conveying efficiency of some old production lines can no longer meet the current production requirements, and the upgrading and transformation of the old production lines is imminent.

On May 10, the customer contacted GODO PUMPS, hoping to purchase a batch of suitable diaphragm pumps to help the workshop complete the production line upgrade goal. GODO PUMPS engineers immediately rushed to the site for a field investigation and found many problems.

It turned out that there were multiple production lines in this pharmaceutical workshop, each carrying out production tasks in different process sections, which can be divided into four links: raw material processing-intermediate product preparation-drug preparation-packaging and quality inspection. Except for the drug preparation link, the remaining production lines have been upgraded one after another, and the drug preparation link is also the core link of the entire production line.

In the drug preparation process, various pharmaceutical intermediates are made into liquids, semi-solids, solid preparations, capsules, injections and other drugs in different forms, and the material properties are numerous and complex.
