For Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps, in order to extend the service life of the pump, it is strongly recommended to use the Pneumatic F.R.L.(Air Filter+Pressure Regulator+Oil Lubricator).
The oil in the Oil Lubricator can enter the air valve chamber with high-pressure air to lubricate the parts in the air valve chamber, avoiding damage to these parts due to dry grinding.

| Pressure Regulator | Adjust the flow rate by adjusting the air source. | 1. When using the pneumatic F.R.L,it must be fixed,not suspended,and the instalation location should be convenient for maintenance. 2. Please add oil(ISOvg32 or the same grade)to the lubricator before use, and the amount of oil should not exceed 80% of the cup. 3. The fiter must be drained frequently, before the water level reaches the level below the filter holder. 4. When the air volume at the outlet is significantly reduced, the filter element should be replaced in time. |
