Introduction

Pulse damper, also known as pulsation buffer, is a common component to eliminate the pipeline pulsation, is a common accessory of positive displacement pump. Pulse damper can smooth the pipe pulsation and system water hammer caused by positive displacement pumps such as diaphragm pump and plunger pump. The gas is isolated from the liquid in the pipeline by a corrosion resistant diaphragm, and the pulsation of the pipeline is smoothed by the change of the volume of the air chamber.

Performance Feature

1. Reduce and remove water hammer damage to the system.
2. Reduce the peak of the flow rate fluctuation.
3. Protect pipelines, elbows and joints from the shock of pressure fluctuations.
4. To create a good working environment for diaphragm pump, dosing pump and improve pump performance.
5. Allows the system to use pipe with smaller diameters, reducing costs.
6. With the back pressure valve, the pressure fluctuation of the pipeline can be close to zero.
7. Reduce the energy consumption of the system.
