The GODO PUMPS QBY3-50PTFF diaphragm pump features a stainless steel pump body paired with Teflon diaphragms, making it suitable for transferring low-concentration acids, alkalis, ethanol, and similar media. The smooth pump body surface resists scaling, ensuring fluid purity. The triple-layer Teflon diaphragms offer excellent chemical resistance and impermeability, effectively dampening pressure fluctuations and reducing the risk of leakage. The ball valves and valve seats are crafted from PTFE material, providing strong chemical inertness and resistance to swelling and cracking.

Pneumatic Operation for Intrinsic Safety

Powered by compressed air, the pump requires no electricity, making it ideal for flammable and explosive environments. It features automatic shutdown protection under dry-running or overload conditions, with automatic restart upon load recovery.

Secure Media Isolation

The pumped media are completely isolated from moving parts, ensuring enhanced safety when handling volatile materials.

Convenient Maintenance and Optional Accessories

Optional accessories include a Pneumatic FRL  and a pulsation damper for stable operation. A valve chamber repair kit is available; with minimal wear parts and easy servicing, the pump reduces unplanned downtime and long-term maintenance costs.
