GODO PUMPS and Yunnan Business College Forge 'Flying Eagle' Talent Pipeline"

To further advance the integration of industry and education, continuously deepen the collaborative talent cultivation model between schools and enterprises, and promote the training of high-quality technical and skilled professionals in the diaphragm pump industry, GODO PUMPS and Yunnan Vocational College of Business jointly established the "Flying Eagle" order-based class. A co-built industry-education integration training base was also set up on campus. Through measures such as jointly building practical platforms, optimizing the curriculum system, and innovating cultivation mechanisms, this initiative opens a direct path for students from graduation to employment, bridging the "last mile" between graduation and the workplace. It also marks a critical step taken by GODO PUMPS, as an enterprise, in driving the deep integration of the education chain, talent chain, and industry chain.

As the core vehicle of this collaboration, the industry-education integration training base co-established by GODO PUMPS and Yunnan Vocational College of Business is designed with the philosophy of "real enterprise scenarios + teaching and practical needs." It creates a full-process practical platform covering basic skill training and high-end technology application, serving not only as a "training ground" for students to enhance their skills but also as a "bridge" for technical exchanges between the school and the enterprise. This truly achieves the deep integration of "teaching equipment as enterprise equipment, training tasks as production tasks."

The "Flying Eagle" order-based class is characterized by its "theoretical teaching + enterprise practice" approach. Engineers from the group participate in teaching and skill guidance, embedding real enterprise cases deeply into the curriculum. This ensures that "Flying Eagle" students "learn what they will use" in school and "apply what they have learned" on the job, shortening the adaptation period from campus to the workplace. After graduation, students can gain priority employment at GODO PUMPS and related enterprises in the industrial chain. This not only resolves the students' dilemma of "disconnection between learning and application" but also allows the enterprise to secure well-matched technical talent in advance, creating a true win-win situation.
