Today GODO PUMPS' engineer will share a case of intermittent maintenance of the diaphragm pump. GODO PUMPS' engineer take a DN40(1.5 inches) sized GODO diaphragm pump as an example.

First, GODO PUMPS' engineer check if there is anywhere inside the heuristic. After maintaining the valve chamber, vend it and listen to the sound. It is found that there is still a sound of air leakage. At this time, we need to disassemble the column spacer and check the connecting rod shaft V-ring. To disassemble the column use a No.6 hexaggonal wrench. Then use a No.12 sleeve to remove the inner row. Now the columns, diaphragms, and partitions have now been removed. After taking out the bearing of the valve connecting rod shaft, there is a V-ring inside. Here you can see that the routine ring is obviously worn. Then GODO PUMPS' engineer replace it with the new V-ring put it in with the V opening facing outwards. After flattening, put the bushing in so that both sides are the same.  After putting it in, install the rows, diaphragms and columns in sequence. GODO PUMPS' engineer have now replaced it and the accessories have been assembled. Now test if it worked properly, GODO PUMPS' engineer have now replaced it and the accessories have been assembled. We can see that the diaphragm pump is now working properly.
