1. High-quality pressure regulating valve: new pressure regulating valve, regulating air pressure, more precise. 2. Thickened copper ball valve: three outlets for paint, quality assurance, durable. 3. 304 stainless steel gas storage tank: 304 stainless steel, strong and thick. 4. High working efficiency: one diaphragm pump can be equipped with two spray guns. |
Operation Guide |
1. Ensure that the inlet pipe, outlet pipe, return pipe, and air pipe of the pump are connected. 2. Put the coating into the paint bucket, and put the sucker and return pipe into the bucket. 3. Open the air source valve, adjust the air source pressure to more than 2 kg, and adjust the air source pressure according to the number of spray guns connected. 4. Open the return valve, the powder pump sucks in the paint and flows out from the return pipe. 5. Confirm that the air in the pump cavity has been discharged from the return pipe, close the return pipe valve. 6. Open the valve of the outlet pipe and pull the trigger of the spray gun to drain the air in the outlet hose. 7. Open the valve of the air supply pipe of the spray gun and adjust the air volume to a suitable level. 8. Start spraying operation. |
Cleaning |
1. Close the valve of the outlet, and put the inlet pipe and the return pipe into the cleaning bucket filled with thinner. 2. Open the air source valve and adjust the air source pressure to about 2 kg. 3. Open the return pipe valve, so that the thinner is sucked in and discharged from the return pipe. 4. Let the pump work for a period of time to clean the remaining paint. 5. Take the suction tube out of the paint bucket and suction air. 6. Confirm that the water in the pump has been completely discharged from the return pipe. 7. Turn off the air source and the cleaning process is completed. |
