GODO Production Base Welcomes Students From Shanghai Institute of Technology

On November 30, 66 students from Shanghai Institute of Technology, led by Dr. Kong came to GODO PUMPS production base for visiting and training. This training included park visits, experience sharing, workshop inspection, and job practice. Through which the students felt the attraction of GODO PUMPS corporate culture and the vitality of the diaphragm pump industry.

Forum And Discussion

At the forum, Mr. Chen, Executive Dean of GODO PUMPS College of Engineering, combined GODO’s corporate vision of “creating a platform for entrepreneurship, a platform to realize dreams” with the current development trends of the diaphragm pump industry to make a detailed career planning analysis for the students. During the workshop inspection, the newly installed 9 automated production lines and intelligent three-dimensional warehouse aroused strong interest among the students. In the subsequent job practice, product selection, disassembly and assembly of diaphragm pumps, and e-commerce customer service also gave the students a completely different practical training experience.

GODO PUMPS formed an alliance with Shanghai Institute of Technology in 2020 and established a joint laboratory. Now GODO PUMPS and Shanghai Institute of Technology are prepare to build a national innovation technology center "Diaphragm Pump Research Institute",which have set an example for deepening industry-university-research and promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. In the future, GODO PUMPS will continue to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, promote industry-university collaborative innovation, and form a good situation of win-win cooperation and common development between schools and enterprises.
